Tayva Co. takes pride in the quality of our HP Designjet printers. Every unit is completely refurbished to "like new" condition saving you time and money. In fact, you can save as much as 50% by buying a like new refurbished plotter over a new one.

Our refurbished HP Designjets are thoroughly tested and each machine is individually packaged with printer drivers and user manuals. Our products come from sales demo’s, early off lease returns, trade-ins and repossessions. We provide a like new machine that comes with at least a 1-Year warranty and the piece of mind that your plotter will operate for many years to come.
Shipping:
Our products are shipped via Freight, DHL, UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping location weight and dimensions of the product.

You will receive a confirmation email from us when we have received your order. We will ship your order within five business days and will send you an email when it has been shipped. If you have not received your product within 7 business days after it has been shipped, please call us and we will track your order for you.

Returns:
We warrant our products for their quality and workmanship for up to 1-year for new products and 120-days for refurbished. Paper and other consumables have a 30-day warranty. We do offer extended warranties on HP Designjet plotters and printers. General Designjet product warranty is 120 days from date of receipt. This warranty covers parts and labor within the United States. All warranty work is covered onsite if a service provider is within a 15 mile radius from product location. Any travel charges are not covered. If any item in your order is received damaged we will replace it free of charge if you notify us within 15 days of the original receipt date. Any undamaged returns must be in un-used condition and returned within seven days of receipt and are subject to a re-stocking fee.

All items must be returned in their original packaging. We are not responsible for shipping of the returned item. It is recommended that you use a carrier that provides tracking information for all returned product.

Prior to returning anything, you must get a Return Authorization Number by contacting us.
